       @icedquinn i thought about getting a proper mic too but a sm7b is way to pricey... i do have a SM58 laying around but im considering buying something like a Rode NT1 or so

       @Jain sm58 is fine just shove it in your face.i do have fetheads for the zdm-1s but those sorta just bring the problems of condenser mics back in to the dynamics.

       @icedquinn someone lend me a supercardioid mic i would like to test at some point...i would also like to test a shotgun mic somewheni usually just dont have any audio setup at my computer tho, temporarely is doable but also no mic stand

       @icedquinn I hate the #AI denoiser because it distorts your voice if you laugh. I prefer to use noise gates.But yeah, $50 mics are the way to go. Most people can't tell the audible difference between a cheap microphone and an expensive microphone.

       @realcaseyrollins deepfilternet is very good. i only used it on the paid work though. rnnoise is fine most of the time
