yeah the demand is insane because every other games-adjacent company has, in the meantime, been busying themselves with self-immolation. xbox is apparently trying to right the ship somewhat, but i doubt that will work, meanwhile playstation just announced that they arent going to be putting their first party games on PC anymore, despite them selling multi-millions, because they want to drive hardware sales of their overpriced piece of shit console. Nintendo meanwhile continues to be the exact same it always has been. So it's not surprising at all that gamers would *jump* at the opportunity to support a company who (even if only nominally) cares about the user

@teto Framework is more Macshit-like than Valve, though. The new "Pro" laptops almost seem like they're going for that kind of crowd but with Linux. They even copied the MacBook's haptic touchpad.

@teto The prices are almost MacBook-like; it starts at over $1,199.00 (or over 1.349,00 €). Also good luck finding extra LPCAMM2 memory.
