       Okay genuinely does anyone know how the hell being on feminizing HRT affects calculating your base metabolic rate?Because honestly to me it feels like choosing either of the binary options might be inaccurate ._.

       @rail if ones  hormone levels  are  around  the cis-expected values ,  it should  be fine to use  that binary option?
