       @g_boccia @icedquinn no it's a cloud act issue. The US government can just decide that any US company gives them all emails and documents, unredacted, so including senders adresses and data.That's what probably happened here. That are documents and email about negotiations of Microsoft with the EU.

       @gunstick @g_boccia any company with holdings in the USA, yes. congress literally has the power to subpoena anything. always has, they just rarely do it.
