       @littlefox obv won't help much in this very moment but i can absolutely recommend thesehttps://shiepz.nl/producten/shiepz-melatonine-orginal500x 0.1mg sublingual (more potent than oral) where 3 of them usually knock me out after half an hourall of that for 10 bucks while (at least in Germany) pharmacies usually sell you just very little oral pills but more expensive. that's why i always order melatonin from the netherlands
