       i realized that all these diagonal struts have to go in before the center ones are welded on both ends, because thermal expansion wants to break the tacks on the center. gona try to do those last

       just because of the way the geometry is constrained heating the diagonal C channels tends to put a lot of tension on that center strap part, enough to break some very heavy tacks apart

       it's a little bit like a puzzle that has an optimal order for assembly where some methods just won't work due to  thermal expansion.  so my plan is get the side triangles locked in place then flip the whole thing, weld everything soild from the bottom, then finally weld in those center straps, once the rest of the frame is more locked together
