You can make it in bulk so if you're in a time crunch that's great. There's subtleties that you have to go through if you want it to last for months and months, but I never needed to do that.

here's some great advice, you can cook for cheaper if instead of using gas or electric you simply use wood taken from the street, your neighbor threw away some old wooden furniture? that's some great wood to cook with, just get a steel tire rim from your neighbor's trash, fill it up with the wood, set the wood on fire with a bit of homemade napalm, put your steel pot over the fire and cook some sausages with rice.

Part of the deal is that it needs to have a very hard crust so 30 min on 375, flip, 60 min on a lower heat is probably better (I don't remember exactly as it's been a very long time).

i dunno how much my tap water ammounts to per glass, it's on a well that is pumped electrically from the ground i think MY tap in my house bypasses the purifier setup in the garage but at least it's not floridated, they use potassium rocks to purify their water tho.

indiana well water invokes a bit of a nostalgia for me. it always confused me why it'd taste different when we went to grandma's housei generally would rather drink my lake michigan water. our cousins who lived out in the country came over once and they were astonished that our water tasted so... clear

shit comes right ouit the ground waterwater table is high in indiana, you dig a hole for a while you're bound to hit water basements cost extra here for that reason.

my cousin was always talking about his basement getting flooded loli always imagined it to be really cool like you had an indoor pool but then i went to his house once and got to see it. it was just like half an inch of water across the whole floor and I was really disappointed
