       user needed support for outlook today and complained about her "awful password" and wanted to change ityes you can change it but not to password2

       so we had to nicely tell her she can just copy paste it into outlook and won't have to type it again.  the fact that it was "awful" was a big red flag that she shouldn't be able to change it herself cause you know she's going to set it to something retardedly easy to crack

       @Rungle @meowski personal favorite is when they need to authenticate something, and just put their password in plaintext in the support ticket and tell you to do it remotely for themand you have to advise them to change the password because a dozen people are included on this ticket
