       > Adults should aim to do between 560 and 610 minutes a week of moderate to vigorous physical activity to achieve a substantial reduction in the risk of heart attacks and stroke, suggest the findings of an observational study published online in the British Journal of Sports Medicine. That 10 hours. Ain't nobody got time for that in this economy

America is not well. So many people are not capable of achieving this for various reasons.- people who need low impact exercises and can't afford a gym membership or equipment- people who are just wary because of healthcare costs from injuries (I don't bike anymore because I don't have health insurance and I'm not gonna pay $1200/mo for a $15,000 deductible)- if you're going to exercise that much, you need to change your diet and people can't afford meals that aren't ultra-processed plus they literally do not know how to cook at all because we just don't teach people that skill anymore- people with multiple jobs or multi-hour commutes. They're already exhausted and depressed and changing their diet would help with this but as I just mentioned... it's a goddamn messand then you have people like my mom who have the worst lifestyle and diets on the planet for their entire lives and somehow she gets to keep living at the ripe age of 76 but the healthiest people I've known in my life ended up dying of cancers and weird diseasesMake it make sense man. This country is ill.

@feld I wake up and go to gym. My life is much improved as a result. Mind you, my biggest challenge is ADHD and cardio is a big help. I had to find a gym within ten minutes travel or I wouldn't go.
