       @EUCommission The UK will struggle to get environmental standards up to the level of even the most backward of EU states. UK waterways are largely almost classed as open sewers, based on current effluent data.

       @EUCommission of course you had "to say this", this is an important matter that must be regularly evaluated and communicated. You could also say this is only the first steps and that will improve by time because healthy people and planet are the real deal for you here. But will it and are they ?
