       @yngmar potatpostinggarlic also looks good already. I just let it there and dint do anything to it at all. grows by itself. my fave kind of crop

       @piggo Yup, garlic is easy. We had some in the chaos garden last year that just overgrew with weeds and I just mowed it all down and threw it on the compost. This spring they came back there on their own. I used it to fill the gaps in my garlic patch (the one on the right).

       @yngmar i like that about a messy garden. I had random onion growing where i hadnt planted any before. also all sorts of herbs. This year it will be bad because i can't be there to tend to it but i intend to make a proper herbalist chaos there with a lot of stuff for pollinators, raised beds etc

       @yngmar also actually weeds are fascinating. I like how it manages to colonize every spot of vaguely fertile soil. I had some random grass growing on my balcony from seeds brought there probably by birds
