       @enigmatico yet I’d rather get a R32 than a R35, I was lucky enough to sit in a R35 and it’s awesome yet it’s just too modern to be a proper skyline. Out of the rest of the list, Supra MK4 is slow af unless you tweak it, Eclipse is not even turbocharged by default for most models, Porsche is too expensive, Dodge is not sold in Europe (not that I’d want one of those gas guzzlers), Corolla trueno is legendary but has its drawbacks, golf gti is cool but too expensive for what it offers, SUV not even if it was gifted to me, and Fiat 500… just meh car, I’d rather have a Yaris or another fun nugget

       @enigmatico @drpw The Supra can go up to 1000hp, and with a swap engine and enough modifications any cars can do that.But what the point ? You still have the legal speed limitations and other "standard" cars around you. Also, your insurance will not cover you is your car is modified in a way which changes its specs. Here we have to remake the car papers even if we only change the car color (unless it's a covering) ! That's too much bothering for going to the bakery

       @enigmatico Most of them feels like great cars, it's hard to make a choice ! The only ones I'm not interrested by are the SUV, that's useless and the trunk is usually crap, and the Fiat 500. You didn't said if it was the old or the modern remake, but the old was made to be the smallest car foe the italian streets and it's that and nothing more, so I prefer the Panda 4x4, but would to be paid to own one of this anyway. The remake doesn't have the og spirit, and isn't attractive

       @ck0@tech.lgbt The new one. I put the SUV and the 500 as choices for those who are not really into cars, but would pick something that covers their basic necessities if they needed it. You dont pick an R35 to go to work. Not normally at least, unless you live in Japan in the 90s.I also put the RX8 as a choice instead of the more popular RX7 because I thought an RX7 with so many classics would be a bit cliche, and the Charger because I thought someone would be into muscle cars

       @enigmatico I'll probably take the RX-8 or the Golf.Supra and Eclipse are hard to find unmodified, Porsche are to expensive to maintain (and I would take an older one), the GTR I don't know this one that much and it's hard to find like the corolla.The Golf and the RX-8 have both 4 doors, the Golf is more versatile while still being interresting. But I would probably take one from the 90'.
