        [ Update ]  Changing the mirror to Oxford resolved this issue but on upgrading to todays 17th May took me back to the last issue where /bsd will not boot error 255.So I rolled back to the last known working snapshot of 14th May and everything works again /bsd boots perfectly.Also re the installer issue, I wasn't the only person to suffer see below link.https://marc.info/?l=openbsd-bugs&m=177900949688752&w=2So today on #OpenBSD snapshot dramas. I obvs am successfully running on the 14th May #473 snapshot so today run doas sysupgrade -s and it downloads today's snapshot and then runs the upgrade but then this comes up on screen and it reboots and tries the upgrade kernel again until I tell it to boot /bsdThings are going on in OpenBSD dev land and I can't see anything in the mailing lists ? Also what the fsck is an ai.log ????

       ai.log (like AutoInstallation) is an installation log normally removed by installer after successful process. Do not you have bsd.rd kernel in / folder? I believe, it takes precedence over bsd.mp and bsd.sp during boot. Looks like ramdisk kernel was/is not cleared properly.

       Everything is as it should be and the fact that I can rollback to the 14th May snapshot and it runs perfectly means today's snapshot has an issue.

       @justine s ame problem. If you boot bsd .rd it do the upgrade but the installed  bsd bug in a weird way

       @justine corrected in last snapshots.@justine , what computer do you use, you often have problems ? I use a arm laptop so it can bug often (well, five time a year) but with the previous computer (amd64) i did get 4 bugs in 16 year but it was a model of laptop commonly used by dev.
