       i cannot eat anything mák, my body rejects it on a mental level.i had a makový koláč exactly once in my life. I didn't know what it was up until that point. I think it scared me and the texture was strange, kind of like putting soft sand in your mouth. It freaked me out and I threw up after taking several bites.Now whenever I see mák in large quantity, my body tells me to run.I can eat a rohlík or houska with mák no problem, but once it's concentrated into a globby mass, my brain rejects it.Also nudle s mákem is something I will never ever touch. Or look at. To me that's the vilest food I can think off.I never met anyone else who had this problem with mák.

       @pmjv I don't think I know anyone that can't look at mák but I've known several people that thought it was nasty and never ate any kind of cake or dessert with itI used to like mák a lot more before I discovered povidla. Protože povidlový koláč je lepší. Probably very Czech of me as well

       Povidla i like, but the problem with that is that it's sometimes tricky to tell them apart from mák. I need to stop thinking about mák now, or I'm gonna get nauseous :D
