I unironically find this far more racist than someone saying “black people are violent“. One is an opinion supported with a lot of data. The other is the same opinion AND also saying black people are too low of agency to understand the concept of self control or cause and effect AND lying about what they (the liberal) are saying.

You might remember back when I used to frown on the usage; but “racism” definitely took on a life of its own since after the scamdemic. While being branded a “racist” is still fatal in most officialdom, public trust in institutions took such a plunge that I’m just not worried about it at all, anymore 😆

It’s more the shock value aspect though. A lot of people have that implanted trigger of “racism=bad” from word association, even if they don’t truly feel that way or if they hold racist beliefs themselves
