       I'm seeing this boosted a lot and I cannot for the life of me understand it, when one says "ethical concerns aside" they are fully admitting that the ethics involved are damning right? I feel entirely comfortable saying "AI is simply trash regardless of the ethical issues involved in it's creation and ongoing use, the things it produces are unreliable and creatively bland" for example.Is that what we are arguing against here?        @HaruEb i think rust stipulated something like this in a recent somethingerother which is why everyone is setting their hair on fire about it.i tend to think the right move is to just abolish copyright at this point. they're clearly not willing to enforce it on LLM companies so its either nuke IP law or you're just getting neoenclosures :neocat_laptop:
