       Thermals on the VM server seem dramatically improved from the recent upgrades!The changes made were:* Swap the existing cheap 2x 120mm case fans with floppy connector and no PWM/monitoring out for Noctuas with a normal 4-wire fan connector* Add two new 80mm Noctua fans on the back of the chassis, which previously had no fans in that spot but obvious screw holes where they could be added* Add PCIe slot fan next to the NIC* Use IPMI commands to force all fans to 100% speed. Noctuas are quiet enough there's minimal changes to overall lab noise level and it's a lot happier.A few key data points:* ConnectX6 DX NIC was sitting around 90C originally. Got it down to 75 with the ziptied external fan and 65 with the in-chassis slot fan next to it* CPU is around 55C with light load and peaking around 66 when maxed out during a CI build. Previously it was idling at 60ish and peaking around 80* CPU VRMs are sitting a bit above 60C peaking around 70 under load, rather than 73 idle with peaks of 89* RAM is around 45C (channels on intake side) / 55C (channels on exhaust side) with peaks of 50/65, rather than peaking at 60/85Overall it seems much happier and this should lead to a much longer service life.

       Pending planned changes:* Swap the last dual slot GTX 1630 for a single slot RTX 3050, improving performance and more importantly freeing a PCIe slot* Add a single slot low power AMD GPU, likely a radeon pro W7500, bringing the total GPU count to 4* Add a ThunderScope and external analog signal generator of some sort so we can do HiL testing of it* Look into some of the third party / 3D printed fan brackets for the NIC allowing active cooling in a single-slot form factor, rather than the current thermal solution which drops temps by ~30C but blocks the adjacent PCIe slot
