@Terry at this point i wouldnt blame the brits if they invented a religion that let them them where knives for self defense to bypass the law. At the very least they'll be able to exemplify for more people the double standard if their rejected.

Probably something in the law about the religion not being new (i.e. part of a recognized list), and or a corrupt judge has to approve it. USA has that with social security numbers.

What's sickening (not crazy) is that we were ALL saying that this religious exception was going to be used by Sikhs to stab someone, partially in Canada, and now it has happened in the UK. Non-Whites are allowed to carry weapons and Whites are not. Things are getting bad out there, sucks the NJP isn't around anymore.

There was the groundwork for major activism but it was clearly obstructed. Money was being wasted on shit that didn't go anywhere or help anyone. Supporters were both expected to contribute too much (membership fees) and too little at the same time (not being expected to go to mass events in their state). The party was itself too small for protests all over the country, but what could have occurred was a major organizing for single large protests by pooling the majority of supporters. I, and many others, were willing to spend a lot of money to fly out to events, and we would have also been willing to march directly from said events to a protest, of which we would have probably been able to amass at least ~70 people. As it happened, the mass gatherings themselves were little more than morale boosters for people who were already on board. I still sometimes tune in to Mike and Jesse (and that bald libertarian guy that interrupts them sometimes), but I feel like they were never the type to be able to run such a movement. That seems evident given their conduct as the party collapsed. In hindsight, Warren Balough should have been the guy to create the party (LLC if necessary... but it probably wasn't), and TRS should have just shilled him. I'm still interested to see where Warren might go now.

Warren had actual experience working for an actual political party before (the libertarian party, a meme now but this was in the oughts) and he was close with a lot of guys in the National Alliance before it became a shitshow. As far as I can tell from The Daily Rake's post mortem, he wasn't given any type of responsibility within NJP and neither was pretty much all of the "Central Committee." The only people that mattered was Mike and Tony and they both treated the whole project as a joke.

1) NJP was a fiscal disaster, there would be no reason to sue them as they had no real assets.2) NJP was an LLC that operated purely on good will of supporters, there would be no real case against their leadership actions.3) I think that Mike P ended up seizing the NJP funds before Tony could. My hope is that he continues to use those funds for associated activism and programs like White Christmas, rather than subsidizing TRS and his koi ponds.
