Since Saturday, I've spent over 12 hours working on #Codeberg – including on multiple "high-stakes" stuff involving long-term sustainability; particularly because it's a "rush period" that causes pressure and because of some deadlines.Currently, I'm also on a full-time work schedule. I can't do that consistently while "having a life", nor will I be able to do that forever.We appreciate the love and are grateful for the trust (e.g. donations), but we need more people to make the dream happen.

We will continue trying to seek avenues to improve our overall reliability and certain key areas that you can't just have mostly volunteer-maintained at our scale, but it needs to stay a "healthy mix".There's lots of tasks and work to be done – although that doesn't need a "set amount of hours per week", it needs optimists with the right amount of stubbornness that won't disappear after a week or two.#Codeberg

And yes, we're working on making federation happen _alongside_ our own platform's day-to-day operations and alongside some very tough discussions so that we don't "fail at succeeding".We are taken aback by the support. We're organizing our Annual Assembly, and noticed that it'll be the first time for 47% of the members that will be invited.#Codeberg

Send pull requests, fix our documentation, bring your nonprofit experience, send patches to Forgejo, reach out to us if you have any resources or are willing to partner with us strategically...We need all of that! We won't be able to immediately handle everything all at once, but we're trying! :D
