       @elsactivitypub they actually never had anyone in that position to begin with because they're a volunteer-run non-profit the thing is in order to hire someone for real money rather than depending solely on volunteers they need to have a "Geschäftsführer", who basically just adheres to what the democratically elected Vorstand says
