       @faab64 @Susanna55 No. It's not tolerance or some enlightened compromise by the stateMandatory hijab, surveillance, arrests and punishments still exist, and the regime repeatedly insists the law remains in forceWhat changed is not the nature of regime, but its ability to fully impose violence. Years of resistance by Iranian women, mass civil disobedience, economic crisis, internal fractures, and recent military weakening have made total enforcement far more costly and unstable for the state
