       @tidest I feel like that's a bit too cynical.Big companies are almost always like this because that very attitude got them big.Smaller businesses usually aren't. They can afford to be nicer because they're not aggressively trying to squeeze numbers out of people.You are right that they're not charities, either. They need to make money in order to survive, so if doing something does not help them turn at least some profit, they won't do it.

       @Paradox yeah.. i was being very cynicaladmittedly the original post was written with an argument from someone that jumped down my throat to defend valve in mindacting like gabe newell is valveripping me apart because i expressed a criticism of that controller screaming easter eggi suppose the thing to get across is that businesses are really an idea.. not a physical entity capable of doing anything, really a way of grouping folks under that ideafolks within those groups can totally use the idea to do lots of good, and often do! but with that comes those that want to use the idea for selfish means, make number go upand those selfish folks, they tend to do so quietly, riding on the achievements of those that want to make things better :/emotions running a bit high really didn't help my choice of words initially.. ^^'

       @tidest Coming from someone who watches PirateSoftware, as much as I like Valve, I know nobody is immune from criticism.I do enjoy the Lord Gaben memes, but your thoughts here are valid too. ❤I dunno about this controller though.
