I can't tell you how many times at work I've been held accountable for mistakes, but given 0 latitude to make decisions.My new strategy is quiet quitting at work but active in the community. Once you exit the ZOG system everything returns to normal and your authority is granted according to how much responsibility you accept.

       @sickburnbro It is not so much "who is telling them this," but rather that the phrase "responsibility without authority" is just putting the experienced reality of many men into succinct words. The phrase could be something else to the same sentiment, it would still exist in some form or another.Killing the phrase itself would not kill the idea. It would simply re-emerge with a different label.

       It's like "slurs". The problem is not the word, but the behavior. Make the term a no-no, some other word quickly becomes a "slur".
