       Its not false. Shale oil, which is all we produce anymore is shit for motor oil production. This is why Pennzoil started making their high end stuff from a base oil derived from natural gas which America has heaps of. Most motor oil is made from imported crude. I just bought 2 years worth of oil changes for my 3 cars. Don't forget filters. If you haven't serviced your transmissions or differentials do it now. The super low viscosity stuff like 0w20, 0w16 and 0w8 will disappear.
