       As someone who writes more mission and vision statements than I'd care to admit, these are particularly offensive to me.        Oh wait the best worst part is on Page 13. Nothing says "these are my values" like coloring the cars in green and the transit and pedestrians in red.

       looks like a pretty standard target acquisition and prioritization system.  The VINT conducts target system analysis and determines the order of fire to engage these targets.  In this example, the ground forces are clearly more of a threat than the mechanized units, since the ITAS has recognized the mobile forces as friendlies.
