       i wonder how much is the current salary premium for senior engineers if you state that you want them to use AI when hiring(equivalently, how much of their salary would an engineer give up in exchange for a genAI free workplace)

       @whitequark I have never used or interacted with an AI at work, aside from things like "disable the latest slop sidebar in an office365 product".But I'm definitely in the minority in that regard, we are very much not slop-free as a company
