       OK so, I'm watching it now, and somehow the title is actually accurate:There are countries in the EU where you don't really need consent. If the victim doesn't physically try to fight you off, it's not a crime, because the law only recognizes rape if the assailant used physical force. That's obviously messed up.I guess an EU-wide push for a better and consistent definition of sexual coercion / rape would be a good thing.What's really needed is cultural change, but changes to law can be part of that.

       @hj @taylan @nachtrabe just make the punishment for false accusations equivalent to the punishment the accused crime would haveBam, solvedBelieve it or not false rape accusations are rare, and it's rarer still for them to go anywhere legal. Of course there are social consequences but that is a cultural change that needs to happen, and probably countries where presently "it's not rape if she didn't fight hard enough" don't need to worry about it lol
