I, a largely tech illiterate retard, have been able to access everything I've cared to with no problems here in the UK.        I'm not concerned. Things will be shitty for a while, but they don't have enough "loyalists" to hold up the regime. Right now, their enforcers are people who want to to keep their jobs, not true believers. They'd be the first to run and hide when people start popping off.

       @gvs @Humpleupagus @simplex @ottman I actually consider Russia to have competency in these matters, that of the UK does not, they truly believe that they can fine their way into multiracial faggot 'utopia', they're destructive by way of stupidity (which is arguably worse then malice). They're easy to run circle around if you're even half smart, perhaps they will wise up in time but for now I remain unconcerned about them in these areas.

       There's a big difference between Russia and the west.Russia is authoritarians, it has been since the Tsars, there was never any freedom in Russia, ever. Authoritarianism is normal there.In the west, authoritarianism is wrong, everyone knows it's wrong, everyone is embarrassed to implement it. So they have to hire some Indian with a fake CV to do it using ChatGPT and it ends up being broken trash that:1. Doesn't block what they're trying to block2. Blocks a bunch of important commercial stuff that they're trying not to block3. Creates a minimum bar of selection pressure to get people to give a shit about better networking protocols and encryption
