       Ted Turner has died at 87. He was a total dick.I saw the aftermath of one encounter. Chris was a very petite woman who was in charge of B Control, it was where we did pre and post production and a back up for A control live coverage. She was amazing, very talented, and knew her sht.Ted was going to do a video. HIS people came in and were in charge of the script and the new computerized teleprompter. When he would come in, he expected everything to be ready, puts on the mic and reads and boom gone. HIS people screwed up. The script was screwed up.He came into the control room and roared, "WHO'S IN CHANGE!?!" Chris replied that she was the supervisor for B Control. He chewed her up and left her in tears. NOT ONE of HIS people said a word or took responsibility for the fck up.She got a small card a week later. Not an apology, just a statement that he was informed of the situation.-
