       GCC allows non-FSF contributions as long as you have signoff. I still have to separate the thing out into 3 patches but, hopefully soon, GCC will also be on the C and C++ (thephd.dev) compilers.        @pinskia @CursedSilicon this might make splitting up a PR for libstdc++ versus gcc/libcpp a lot more manageable...but I don't think I qualify, lol.
