       @cryptica@wireframe.icosahedron.network uhh... -O2 is an optimization flag.  -fPIC tells the compiler to generate position-independent code.  -march=secret is not a real one, though -march=native would be, and would basically mean "generate code for the processor the compiler is running on."  I was basically shitposting with GCC flags XD(and I chose -O2 -fPIC out of habit because that's what Slackware usually uses for its packages on x86-64).
