       the chemistry is real!  the rest sounds like nonsense for good reason.  in the "step one: do thing, step two: ???, step three: profit" sequence they're trying to describe what has to happen during step two.  we have to invent technologies that will allow us to invent technologies to make use of the chemistry the paper describes...CC: @MediaActivist@todon.eu
