       I got a Frigate and a Sentinel ship today. I’m sure this is all scripted tutorial stuff but it’s neat to get it.

       @aceattveg Hm. Kinda? If I recall correctly you have a chance to have a frigate every other 3 jumps or so.So if you are not too happy with your current frigate looks or class you can always trade/upgrade for a new one. They can be pretty handy too.Sentinel ships are also pretty good, specially in a fight.

       @aceattveg It's been a while since I got my current one. If I recall correctly it depends.If you just find one in the wild without any battles then you have the option to trade your current one and pay the difference.If you rescue them from a pirate attack then you get the option to trade them for free.Just keep in mind that its been a while so my memory might be incorrect.

       @aceattveg @rakuno Rakuno has mostly gotten you covered, but with the Frigate, the very first one you save is given to you for free. So, if you were to ever start another game or what not, what a lot of people do is save the frigate and if they don't like it, they just don't do anything. A few jumps later, another frigate will be getting attacked and you rinse and repeat until you get one you like.But honestly, once you get your money good, they aren't THAT expensive.

       @aceattveg This is what turned me off NMS. Was barely a few planets in and found myself with a freighter and a S tier ship. Felt as though I reached the end game from the start without working towards anything.

       @harrk I've probably explored 20 or 30 planets by this point, mostly doing the Artemis quests and a little of Atlas. I'm not sure how much is randomized or part of specific questlines. The game does feel very generous, but at the same time I'm also playing on the relaxed difficulty.
