       I spent time reading a deeply baffling Macross spinoff manga for a bit and go "oh, maybe I just have problems following action scenes in manga"... and then I pick up the original Ishinomori Kamen Rider manga and go "nevermind, I have problems following bad action scenes in manga."

       the original Rider manga is pretty light on plot so far (several hundred pages in) but like, every panel is the coolest thing you've ever seenTurns out Ishinomori was a legend for a reason!
