       I ran some tests with iperf3.This router cannot even sustain 200 MBPS without going to 51% packet loss.The contract states 1 GBPS.at 1 GBPS, we have 91% packet loss.The loss happens at the gateway/router.

       @alexiawhere do u live? that will change the legal answer quite a bit.fwiw idk if it counts as fraud but you might have recourse to consumer rights law or internet regulation

       @brib tho germany doesn't care about our internet laws, Deutsche Telekom (which used to be part of the state) is not upholding net neutrality as the largest ISP in the entire country and the government doesn't give a shit ❤️
