This must have almost been what it was like before mass immigration. We're back to this topic again, and I've seen others point out the flaw in the pressure washing gig.(It's just one of the most difficult to get into as a small one-man operation.)Mowing lawns is way easier to get into. Fixing and flipping "broken" lawn mowers is also really easy to get into (9 times out of 10 it's a dirty carb, watch a youtube video and you're ready) You can do both of those on the side and make extra cash.Once I worked up to flipping large commercial mowers, I met spacex and tesla engineers who were cutting grass on the side. The two things go together.
