       @macguffin firefox/zenI signed  in on firefox sync on zen and for a bunch of reasons presumably it deleted my containers which I had used extensively and thus my logins and continued to do it after I reamade them

       @pernia @macguffin they can, I think on one side sync wasn't properly enabled so zen overwrote my original browser with the default containers.Really stupid tbh.In the end I just switched to zen since I was planning to regardless (.mozilla was getting bloated so I wanted to backup it and start fresh)

       @pernia @macguffin zen has designer adhd and dms hyprland river kind of worms but they seem to have a better idea at what they are doing with the ui than mozilla

       @macguffin chromium  is awful in unix and integrates poorly with the desktop.firefox mosty does this properly.Brave also has the cryptostuff and doesn't have containers afaikAlso extensions on mobile.The main thing brave imo has on mozilla is that the sync is accountless which is really good.tho honestly if mozilla can actually just try to make their browser better and give an option for a directory based synchronisation for stuff (or something  simmilar) that can levarage local synchronisation like syncthing it would be really nice
