       Honestly, I'd rather have well-integrated AI agents handling all customer queries than humans. Agents could tell you exactly what's happening instantly. Humans are idiots and would rather waste some other human's time.Also agents can be hacked and manipulated more reliably.

       @lynne yeah but you don't get well-integrated AI agents. You get AI agents that confabulate capabilities they don't actually have.

       @lynne in other words: have an org account in Anthropic, and try changing its primary email (the one to which invoices are sent) to anything other than the one you specified on signup.
