       Just wanted to add ActivityPub support for the blog, but the ActivityPub plugin is no longer available to install into ClassicPress. I guess since @pfefferle works for Automattic now, and the ActivityPub plugin is being developed under that banner, supporting non-Gutenberg forks of WordPress, like ClassicPress, is no longer wanted or too low a priority. Awww well, I am not willing to switch to WordPress for this, and then have to deal with all the inconvenience and severely limited efficiency that comes with being forced to using Gutenberg. So y'all will just have to used the RSS feed or follow this account on the fediverse for blog updates.

       @marco it is not "unwanted", but ClassicPress is simply not catching up fast enough. We've done a lot of work, to make all settings and editor UIs also available for the classic editor, but ClassicPress seem to have some specific tests to find out if a plugin is compatible or not and they are quite restrictive.but yes, it is a WordPress plugin, so ClassicPress is not top priority. happy to merge pull requests from contributors to make it compatible again though!

       @pfefferle Thanks for your reply! I've created a [forum topic](https://forums.classicpress.net/t/activitypub-plugin-again/6552) to inquire about a more permanent solution to this problem. One test that is done is compatible with WordPress 6.2 for ClassicPress 2. Since the ActivityPub plugin requires a later WordPress, one solution can be to add another plugin header, "Requires CP:“, to indicate that this plugin also supports ClassicPress, despite the WordPress version not being 6.2 or lower. I've asked what version of CP should be put in here. I know the team has done some updates to increase compatibility recently, so hopefully this might be enough. https://getmona.app/rich_text/269331512774
