       but actually i think there is a deeper thing to think about here - which is that i specifically drive a manual, because *being more physically engaged in the process* helps me maintain attention on the problem.AI tools do the opposite of this too! the combined expectation of detachment and hypervigilance is an extremely efficient way to invoke dissociation and/or burnout
