       ❤️  .. I've quit twice in my life, but ended up back on the juice within a year. Good luck to ya! Not being dependent on the stuff is nice.

       @apple_dumplin I’ve somehow managed to dodge the headaches. My biggest hurdle has been how tired I am midday and keeping myself awake when I’m putting my youngest down for bed at night.

       I never got the headaches ... but my legs felt crazy sore for ~10 days
