I dunno whats going on but I just want to chime and this is going to bee a fucking novel because I am on like 5 cups of coffee but I that I've flown pete to my house i think at least 3 maybe 4 times. one time in downtown toronto. one time we actually stayed at my moms house and he passed out on her dining room table while either eating or drinking something and then the last two time's he's stayed at my house. i would not trade another friend to hang out in this specific category then p. I am thankful I met him in Mid January 2025 with Moon (SPC admin), seberal poast users, my girlfriend at the time, some of my staff at the time. We met so many cool people in January.my ex was being a bitch so I took everybody to my moms house and we had a giant cookout and lan party in her back yard with brisket. that was the night the kanye album dropped and pete and listened to it on repeat for like 3 days laughing the entire time. sometime around 3am I was so drunk I called the only girl who lived in a neiguborhood near where p used to live just shit posted about california. pate again passed out on my moms dining room table, then on the bahtroom floor upstairs wrapped around the toilet, then my nephews bedroom. I don't remember much from that and I know he doesn't either. we both had issues that weekend and we handled them like men. hacking and whisky. in the summer he stayed at my house, this house I am typing from. I believe I gave him the basement suite and he is too tall for it and ended up smashing his head every time he went anywhere. woke up to the smell of wood burning not knowing I had a barbeque let alone knowing people were grilling steak outside and found out they were grilling carne asada and listening to shit like carpenter brut and MBR while pete was making I think at the time several tacos for like 26+ people at a time. he spent the day absolutely shitfaced on my front porch eating refried beans with his bare hands and attracting more and more wasps and yellow jackets. no matter how many traps we set out, it wasn't enough. there were so many empty beer and cider and chick drink cans plus the beans, the bees and wasps were so overwhelming but pete didint give a fuck. we sat out out there basically every day from sunrise to sunset. watching the beauty of the neiguborhood, what it is like to live in one of the last white strongholds in ontario.we just sat out there for (some of us) the entiree week, breakfastfast lunch and dinner. drinking and having a blast. pete unfotunately was only with us for the weekend but he is one of few people I will call my best friend and I know he will do the same. he has met my I believe entire family now. I have had the pleasure of meeting his mother but only over the phone for the interim. but I would do anything for pete, and he has seen me do anything for him and I will continue to do anything I can dor him. if I could give him the shirt off my back and he said "it's too small" but it was my favourite shirt, I would rip it and stitch it back tohether a little bigger so he didnt feel so naked and alone. pete knows no matter what life throws at him, at me he always has a home here too. same with pretty much anybody who came to the poast summer summit for 2025. the most chill group of people. everybody was calm, no arguments (except pete and @DemonOneSix so dont mention california). that's extremely rare to get people from all over the world from all walks of life to meet together, that many stay in one house together and it was like a well oiled machine. everybody picked up a job. people waking up? someones gf was making breakfast. No clean glasses? somebody picked up a rag. nobody ever felt out of place and that was the most important part. every single person belonged. every one of themEVERY SINGLE ONE KEEPS GETTING BETTERAND BETTERPREPARE FOR> POAST SUMMER SUMMIT 2 AUG 13-17this one is considerably more limited, those interested will need to RSVP ASAP, again will be at my house. discretion is expected, no photography unless its of food otherwise have a good time and if you're gonna drive pass out on the lawn or somethiong dont drive home.LOVE YOU PETE AND I CANT WAIT TO SEE YOU BUDDY ITS BEEN TOO LONG
