       when I was a kid I tried to sell people 5.25" floppies with a BASIC program on it that just counted up forever called INFINITY.BAS. infinity could be yours on this diskI don't think anyone else on my block had a drive

       startups are always trying to align themselves with "hackers" and like. s1l3nc3, br4nd. hacking doesn't happen under corporate sponsorship, at "athons". hacking isn't something you do for e-corp. it's something you do *about* e-corp.

       also hackers as far as I can tell are still pretty zine-oriented? that might have finally changed, the media always change but the message is pretty consistent. information liberation
