ok gang i have deliveredhere is the formula to count the number of r\in \mathbb{R}\backslash\{0\} in a number x< 100r/9=(11.1\dots1\dots )r:-\log_{10}\left(1-\dfrac{9x}{100r}\right)

the trick is that the formula does cross-multiplicatlon to turn"number of r's in x" into "number of 9's in a 9x/r"for example, rhis turns number of 7s in 77.7777 into number of 9s in 99.9999
