       @fsfe Are Licensees of GPL/LGPL third-party beneficiaries? I’m not a lawyer, so please forgive me if I’m wrong. According to v3 terms, I don't think Licensees are treated as third-party beneficiary, at least not tenable in court. I hope there are some optional terms in future versions to grant third parties the rights to sue violator for violation without needs to transfer copyright to the suer, so that any willing party can defend against violations.
