alas, they vanished on me after having to get heart surgery for some kind of post-covid complication, so I've been having to tank this shit on my own for the past several months as I try to find another one that will be suited for my particular, admittedly edge-case, needs.

like, that alone is the kind of thing that is typically the province -of- people in paranoid psychosis.infosec -generally- puts you into a mindset similar to that, because infosec proficiency means you genuinely see the world differently and you understand that there -are- people watching you with malicious intent.which means that learning how to manage this awareness and still be functional is a challenge.
