       generative AI's thesis isn't that it's okay to ingest people's intellectual work despite protections like copyrightits thesis is that from now on, intellectual work is worthless, therefore there is nothing to protectI disagree with that thesis, but I think it explains some people's stance on this topic.

       @wolf480pl I'm not sure. I think the people on top of "AI" companies think they are on road to build a "world-saving" (whatever that means) superintelligence and their ends justify their means.
