       @meluzzy i wish but my psychiatrist is actually a neurologist who reads my literal fucking Brainwaves on brain frequency analyzers that require dozens of electrodes placed around my skull lmfao so he knows the ballpark he has to fit me into, but because one pill only lasts about 5 hours for me i am actually being prescribed 2x to 3x 30mg per day and can theoretically come to Karlsruhe for refills whenever i want to because he trusts me, which means i get 2x100x30mg (and 100x200mg Pregabalin) every 3 months or so. which i then compound into smaller pills that he at least claims he can't prescribe because they're for children and not licensed for adults, even though that limitation should have only applied to Elvanse, which also has changed by now. so i just grind it all down in a mortar and sieve out the raw powder into their respective air-tight chars with silica gel to make them more shelf stable, and distribute+dose it with a microgram scale to stretch and fill the standardized volumetric capsules for my capsule press. i also used to store like a few dozen different substances just for the autism in reagent vials sealed with cork on a wooden hole-punch-shelf, just because i never use up a full package and there's always some leftover to collection for each new medication for various health issues.

       @meluzzy capsule fillers are much cheaper and pretty easy to use, but yeah an automatic pill press would be pretty cool. though that would cost like above a grand compared to 30-50 EUR for capsule filling equipment
