@green @4censord@unfug.social I don't think this is particularly helpful because there is more nuance between the different implants than I can fit on this diagram, but it's also an interesting exercise.Also, these are only the x-series (the small injectable implants), there are also the larger flex and resin implants which aren't on this diagram.If anyone wants help choosing an implant, feel free to ask me! @thibaultmol@en.osm.town @4censord@unfug.social @green Measuring internal temperature to know if you're sick or something, the Vivokey Thermo especially is nice because you can read it with your phone or Flipper Zero and it has a very accurate sensor, unlike pet chip which are less accurate

The inside of your elbow coooould work in body temperature but I don't think there's much point when the armpit is even better and I think a nicer place to put an implant in.But indeed I think a thermometer implant can work in a wider amount of body parts than a regular thermometer, since the point of measurement is extremely stable. I also don't think you could make it work anywhere in your body, your hands just get cold based in the environment.I have also been told that the Vivokey Thermo has sick NFC range thanks to the size, so reading it is easier compared to other X-series, which is nice if you're gonna implant it in a weird location

I would also wanna point out that DT just sells this as "we put a thermometer inside an X-series, what you do with that is up to you". It's definitely something they just give you as-is and it's up to you to make it work.Strongly agree on implantable sensors being sick as hell. I want to get one someday. This is, like, new grounds for health and I wanna be there for it.
