       Looking at the polls, it seems likely that #Fidesz will lose the election in #Hungary Sunday.  If that occurs, and #VictorOrbán passes on power peacefully, would that disprove the claim that he's a #fascist?(Boosts welcome; comments from Hungarians very welcome.)#fascism

       @mpjgregoire i tend to take moussolini's definition whenever people say something is fascist because he's one of the few people who actually overtly used the word while defining what he meant by it.in which case election results are sort of irrelevant to if a government is fascist. it could just be a public-private institution running a managed democracy on top like the USA. :blobcatshrug2:

       @mpjgregoire they prefer to be called "public-private partnerships" now. but yes, when the state is functionally merged with corporates and they just dance around who has jurisdiction over what based on whatever optics are needed for the moment.
